‘I like it’- Cardi B, J Balvin & Bad Bunny

” I like it” was released on May 25 2018 as the fourth single to Cardis album. It is a Latin trap song which comprises together a trap beat and salsa music. It was written by the three performers along with Jordan Thorpe and Klenord Raphael. This single topped the Billboards hot 100, becoming Cardi B’s second number 1, this is the most for any female rapper in the charts history. I like it also reached top 10 in; Canada, Ireland, new Zealand, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The Billboard staff, Los Angeles times and Apple music’s editorial section ranked it best song of the year. The single was nominated for Record Of the Year st the 61st Grammy Awards

The songs accompanying music video was directed by Eif Rivera and filmed in March 2018. Released on May 29th, the video opens with cardi B in a neighborhood, followed by scenes of Bad Bunny in the streets and J Balvin in the clubs. the trio are as well seen performing together.

‘I like it’ topped You Tubes 2018 songs of the summer list in the US and ranked fifth globally. As of July 2019, it has revived over 970 million views
